When is Mother's Day?

The date of Mothers Day varies a lot from country to country. In the United States and many more countries and states it is celebrated on the second Sunday of May.
This was established by Anna Javis in 1908, and in 1914 is was made an official holiday.

So, if you live in USA, New Zealand, Denmark and many, many other countries, in this year 2024 Mother's Day will be celebrated on Sunday, May 12th.
In UK and the Republic of Ireland it will be celebrated on the Fourth Sunday of Lent, which in 2024 will be March 10.

In most Arab countries, Mother's Day is always celebrated on the 21 of March, which is the Spring equinox.
